VicRoads would like to advise motorists to avoid all non-essential travel to the Gippsland region on the weekend due to the current bushfire situation. Conditions over the weekend could result in the Princes Highway being closed. For motorist safety and to allow access for emergency vehicles, it is advisable to keep the highway as clear as possible.
